If this had been the theme of a movie or some form of bizarre entertainment, there would be an outcry from a civilised public about the enormity of such a theme.
Yet this is not commercial entertainment, this is horrific fact.

From two road- side garbage containers have sawn-up body parts been discovered.
A murderous maniac is very much at large.
These human remains were transported somehow. Yet there are road-blocks permanently active both north and south of Windhoek.
How were these wretched parts smuggled through these blocks? Or are there two such maniacs active north and south of the capital city?
The ability of these road-blocks must be doubtful. The focus of their attention seems not to be on an approach wide enough to query contents as well as possible road-unworthiness. Or is this maniac such a smooth operator that the person passes on as a decent human being?
The thought that this is a maniac in business suit apparel is even more alarming.
With this commendable constitution, the death-penalty has been removed. When this, or these, maniacs are brought to justice, their penalty should be their death, most surely.
One cannot believe that such a creature should be allowed to survive a life sentence at tax-payers expense in some prison.
