I refer to your page 16 article in which it has been stated that “they initially had secured South African Airways as a sponsor, but the airline pulled out in the last minute leaving them hanging in limbo”.

Having been approached by Mr. Willem Andries, South African Airways advised that the airline was not able to provide a complete sponsorship, but that it was in a position to offer reduced air travel and accommodation rates as part of a travel package. Having been advised by the group that their own accommodation and transport arrangements had been made, South African Airways’ assistance in the form of reduced air travel rates remains in place.
