Export Africa celebrating 25 year of supplying Africa PDF Print
Written by Staff Reporters

In 1982 Export Africa had a handful of customers located in Zimbabwe, but over the years it has expanded its customer base to include clients in Southern, Central, East and West Africa as well as the Middle East.

A decision was taken at the company’s inception that Export Africa, as its name implies, would not specialise in a product range or industry sector but rather specialise in offering an African focussed, bespoke procurement service that met the specific needs of each of its clients.

This has led to a diverse client base including governments, parastatals and aid agencies, service industries, road, rail and marine transport operators, agricultural, mining, food processors, power generators and heavy metal industries.

Similarly broad spectrums of goods have been supplied over the years, ranging from complete equipment to consumables, raw materials and spare parts.

Director, Ross Rundle, said "Throughout the last quarter of a century the African economy has continually expanded and diversified and we are proud to have been a small part of this ongoing process. Our success is a reflection of the loyalty of our customers and the service from our suppliers and we would like to take this opportunity of thanking them for their support. Together, we look forward to the next 25 years."
