All smiles…Alsina Ndeevelo of the Ohlthaver & List Centre and Berthold Mukuahima, the company’s Director of Human Capital, celebrate after the group honoured its most inspirational employees, as part of its annual corporate vision, mission and values programme Mwenyopaleka, this week. Eleven employees from diverse job levels and functional departments were, in the presence of Teopolina Mushelenga, Deputy Minister of Trade and Industry, rewarded with an educational trip to Sun City, South Africa, valued at N$220 000. Mwenyopaleka was introduced in 2004 and brought about the adoption of a new vision, mission and corporate value system for the group’s e3mployees, who today number 4 269.
