The Ohlthaver & List (O&L) Group has taken a step further to boost its leadership capabilities by making two key appointments in its subsidiaries OLIFA Hotels & Resorts and the O&L’s Retail division. Scott Richards was effective 1 July appointed General Manager of the newly created OLIFA Hotels & Resorts. His expanded role includes overseeing the development of a new 5 star tourism portfolio including the Strand Hotel, Mokuti Lodge, Kings Den Lodge and a new hotel in Windhoek. Titus Koen joined the O&L Retail division effective 30 June as Financial Director. Prior to that, he served as Financial Director and later as Managing Director of Kraatz Marine - O&L’s marine engineering arm.
