project after the completion of phase three, will be near N$60 million,
Leading Lodges of Africa, who are the main sponsors of this project,
said.
According to Count de Vijver, the company is honoured to be
part of the project. It firmly believes that it is the duty of all
businesses in Namibia to engage in social projects to uplift the living
conditions of fellow countrymen, he said.
“The response from the
Belgian business people and from the Belgian Queen, was positive and
with also the assistance of the other local businesses, such as Leading
Lodges of Africa (the main sponsor of this project), Afrisam, Leading
Designs and Plans, Trans Namib, BCI, the Windhoek Vocational Training
Centre and Guido De Clercq of Fabiola Incorporated In Namibia, we can
now put up an orphanage for the King, which will be named after him
too,” de Vijver said.
