The US Cultural Centre has introduced the 2008 Namibian Fulbright and Humphrey Fellows.
All fellows are top students in their disciplines and have only been selected for further study after a rigorous screening and selection process.
Castillo said this year’s group is the largest so far. For the next two years, six of the students will read post-graduate degrees, each at a different university spread across America. Petrina Johannes will do a five-year doctorate in engineering.
