| Massaging tourists! Pamela Nambahu (laying), Mona Thimoteus (left) and Maggy Namundjebo were this week showing visitors to the 2008 Tourism Expo that Namibia has more to offer other than elephants and lions. The three girls work for Afriserentity African Day Spa, which is located in Brakwater. The Expo is a showcase of Namibia’s many exciting tourism attractions - from the world-famous splendour of Sossusvlei, the Etosha Game Reserve and the Namib Desert to the lesser-known and more remote destinations. Designed to promote the Namibian tourism industry, the Expo features every conceivable aspect of tourism; from lodges, hotels, tour operators and travel options to the Namibian culinary experiences and the many tourism-related service providers. The Namibia Tourism Expo has steadily grown since its inception 10 years ago and provides an ever-expanding interactive travel and tourism platform for the local hospitality industry.
