Knowing how important dining is during
a holiday, the Windhoek Country Club Resort recently introduced its
newly imported chef to an appreciative media audience. Here Mr. Chef
himself, Mark Vorster, explains to the luxury hotel's Deputy General
Manager, Mr. Raymond Kodisang, just how successful his recipes will
be in drawing multitudes to the restaurant. Kodisang keenly agreed
