The Namibian chapter of the Public Relations Institute of Southern Africa (PRISA) kick-started the year with an Annual General Meeting that took place at the NamPower Convention Centre on 27 March, which was well attended by PRISA members, PRISA students, practitioners and interested members of the public. The annual general meeting allows practitioners and members to continually reassess and develop their skills in public relations through PRISA. The new Namibian PRISA committee for 2008 was elected with an addition of two student representatives.
