During the occasion to mark World Water and Wetland Days, which was commemorated in Rundu on 2 and 3 April, NamWater saw it fitting - as one of the main sponsors of the event - to donate 16 refurbished computers worth N$64 000 to six deserving schools in the region. Tommi-Riva Numbala, Public Relations Officer at NamWater, officiated at the handing over of the 16 computers which were received by Fanuel Kapapero, Deputy Director of Education in the Kavango Region. Numbala advised learners everywhere in Namibia to study hard and make use of computer technology to complete their assignments and present them professionally at all times.
