Dear Mr.Steinmann
An
article in which you predicted my DEMISE (DEMISE OF ENTREPRENEUR MBOK) is a
viscous attempt at a character assassination. This article is defamation in its
purest form; you have irrevocably damaged family name.
That article is posted on your website for
the whole world to see and I had the displeasure of an angry aunt asking me
what the article is about. Your article makes me a paedophile in talking of me
having sex with an under age girl, I know this was not an omission but a
deliberate attempt to vilify me. Allegations are not indicative of criminal
convictions or a man's character. I don't know where you got your information
from but the woman is not under age and was not at the time when we dated and I
object to this lie as printed on the Internet as it now. I respectfully ask
that you verify the information again this time from a credible source (court
records) and immediately stop damaging my name making me out to be a
paedophile, I will not accept an apology as it will do little to change what
you have done, you know what the age of consent is in Namibia by writing under
age you are insinuating that the girl was under 18. Daniel you cant get away
with this in court. All I am asking you is to stop I don't have money to waste
in court battles right now my acquittal will speak for itself. I am accused of
very vicious things but would you believe me if I said that it is all lies? The
courts will vindicate me. The statute of limitation gives me three years to
take action against the Namibia Economist and yourself I reserve my rights.
After verification please immediately remove the Internet article.
Your prediction of my demise is a wish that
will never come true, I have been in business 17 years I did not start in 2003,
you would be surprised to know that I work with people who know me and know the
truth and have the power to support me against any thing you people throw at
me.
