for Danger? Men have 2008, which is a Leap Year, to thank that they won’t be expected
to dig deep into their pockets next week on Valentine’s Day to pamper the women
in their lives. Although shops in Windhoek are literary being painted red – a
colour that rekindles love – a Leap Year dictates that women spoil their men
and be more open to the extent of taking chances by proposing to those that
they love. Erna van Rooi, a shop assistant at @flowers in Wernhil Park,
displays some of the Valentine’s Day specials. |
