Tennis tourney starts this weekend

The first of nine tournaments in the KIA PTA Tennis Series will be played on Saturday, 18 February. The subsequent tournaments of the series will take place on the following dates: 17 March, 21 April, 23 June, 21 July, 18 August, 15 September, 20 October and 10 November.
On Saturday, the matches will start at 8h00 and will take place at the SKW tennis courts.
The participants will face each other in five different categories based on skill level, disregarding gender and age. Points will be earned at each match, which will contribute to the overall ranking in the series. The higher the skill level of the category, the more points can be gained.
The matches are open to the public and all tennis players in Namibia. Due to the unique strategy of this event, spectators are promised exciting competitions with diverse opponents.
